Oluf Hoyer (Saarburg &#8211; D)<br>Dr. Jens K\u00f6hler (Scalo-VT (I)<br>Dr. Heidi K\u00f6pp-Junk (Tawern \u2013 D)<br>Dr. Wolfram Letzner (Hamm &#8211; D)<br>Prof. Dr.-Ing. Hans Mehlhorn (Korntal-M\u00fcnchingen \u2013 D)<br>Matthias Nieberle (neu &#8211; Grenzach-Wyhlen &#8211; D)<br>Julika Steglich (neu &#8211; Berlin &#8211; D)<br>Florian Tanz (neu &#8211; Trier &#8211; D)<br>Dipl.-Ing.
