The following rules must be observed:

1. Only works finished no earlier than 2025 will be accepted.
2. At the time of submission of the prize nomination, the work must be fully completed and assessed.
3. The deadline for submitting the nomination for 2027 is 31 December 2026.
4. The decision on the Frontinus Award will be made by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
