Frontinus excursion to the Roman Canal in the Eifel - an unforgettable experience

41 participants took part in the water history excursion to the Roman Canal in the Eifel region on 12 and 13 April 2024. All those who experienced this excursion will have very fond memories of it. The report on this excursion is now available.

While the first day included the members' meeting, a guided tour of the Roman Canal Information Centre and a tour of Rheinbach's old town, the second day saw us visit six archaeological monuments, accompanied by interesting explanations.
